John William Rigby, age 49 of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. He was born July 25, 1962 in Pittsburgh, PA, a son of the late John and Edna Rigby. On March 25, 1989 he married Annie Small who survives. Also surviving are two daughters Frances Hinchman and husband Michael and Melinda Rigby and Fiancé Chad Hayes all of Buckhannon; two granddaughters Elana Hayes and Trayka Hinchman both of Buckhannon; one grandson Leeland Hinchman of Buckhannon and one grandson on the way; two sisters and one brother and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Rigby was a member of the Buckhannon Union Mission Church and was a truck driver. Friends will be received Saturday, December 31, 2011 from 1-2 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Estes officiating. Burial will follow at the Kesling Cemetery in Kesling Mill, WV. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
