Tony Andrew Mayle Tony Andrew Mayle, 53, of Moatsville, died Wednesday, March 9, at his home, following an extended illness. He was born April 5, 1957, at Zanesville, Oh., a son of the late Harley Andrew and Clara Marie (Kennedy) Mayle. On December 23, 1977, he married the former Rosella “Tresia” Runner, who survives and is currently a patient of the Barbour County Good Samaritan Center, Belington. Also surviving are two brothers, John Mayle, Grafton and Johnie Mayle, Philippi; six sisters, Alberta Norris, Stafford, Va., Rhonda Mayle and husband, Franklin, Columbus, Oh., Sheila Matheny and husband, Steve, Clarksburg, Delores Marie Mayle, Janet Sue Kennedy and Gloria Reynolds and husband, Stanley, all of Philippi; and his devoted canine friends. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Conny Mayle. Mr. Mayle had been employed as a stucco mechanic in commercial construction by Rider’s Construction. Mr. Mayle enjoyed fishing, collecting model antique cars and tending to his yard. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 12, from the Stemple & Forman Funeral Home, 385 So. Main Street, Philippi. The Rev. David Brown will officiate and interment will follow in the Prichard Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. on Friday and from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M., the funeral, on Saturday. Stemple & Forman Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
