Howard Lee Martin 1950-2013 Obituary
Howard Lee Martin, 63, a resident of Mill Creek, passed from this life Saturday morning, March 9, 2013, at the Hospice Regional Inpatient Care Center in Elkins. He was born Saturday, January 14, 1950 in Durbin, a son of the late Howard O. Martin and Gladys Katherine Baylor Martin. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Lois Ann Martin. Left to cherish Howard’s memory are two sisters, Linda Martin and Shirley Croston and husband, Richard, three brothers, Rick Martin and wife Brenda, Bobby Martin and companion, Joyce Cutright, and Harold Martin and companion, Ruby Cutright, all of Dry Run, and many loving nieces and nephews. Howard attended the schools of Randolph County, and had been disabled. He enjoyed hunting, planting flowers, caring for his chickens, and feeding his birds. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Graveside services will be held at the Martin Family Cemetery at Dry Run on Tuesday morning, March 12, 2013 at 10:30 AM. Pastor Frank Stanley will officiate and interment will follow.
