Mary Lou Null Shaver 1967-2013 Obituary
Mary Lou Null Shaver, 45, a resident of Montrose, passed from this life Friday, April 5, 2013, at her home. Mary was born Tuesday, December 17, 1967 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Elwood Lee Null and Christine Phillips Null. She had been married to Roger Glenn Nelson who survives in Elkins. Left to cherish Mary’s memory are her three children, Lori Lee Nelson of Elkins, Samantha Lynn Nelson Delauder of Monterville, and Isaac Carl Nelson of Elkins, one brother, Robbie Lee Null and wife, Crystal, of Montrose, seven grandchildren, Isaac James Nelson, Angus Isaiah Lambert, Danielle Marie Hogan, Timothy Andrew Spiva, III, Bryan Lee Nelson, Ava S. Delauder, and John Delauder, a niece, Ocean Null, and a nephew, Briar Null. Mary was preceded in death by one grandson, Dustin Wade Delauder, Jr. and her grandmother, Anna Null who raised her. Mary had attended the schools of Randolph County, and had worked for W.V. Choice as a housekeeper for the elderly. She had enjoyed sewing, working crafts, reading, gardening, her kittens and puppies, and raising chickens. Mary’s request for cremation was honored.
