Timothy Paul “Eagle” Robinson, 53, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Tuesday November 19, 2013 as a result of injuries sustained in an accident in Pennsylvania. Tim was born Tuesday, July 5, 1960 in Covington, VA a son of Paul and Virginia “Faye” Robinson who survive. He is also survived by his lovely wife of 23 years, Linda Mathes Robinson. Also left to cherish his memory are two sisters, Cathy Robinson Wright of Halladay, TN, and her daughter Casey Faith Wright, and Robin Robinson Irvin of Covington, VA, a son, Justin Robinson of Elkins, 2 stepsons, Andrew Zirkle and wife Donna of Mabie and their daughters Tiffany, Natasha and Aleigh, and Jeffrey Zirkle of Elkins, his son Josh and daughters Taylor and Shayna and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and his beloved dog Karma Lynn. He and his family moved to Elkins in 1985 to work as a logger with his father. Tim moved on to becoming a fulltime truck driver and loved every minute of it. He was employed as a truck driver with Grimes Trucking in Dailey, WV from 1996 – 2006, and was with Burns Motor Freight from 2006 to the present. He called Elkins home and would not want to live anywhere else. He loved and was proud of all his family and friends. He dearly loved all of his trucking buddies. His love and admiration for his wife Linda was more than life itself. Tim was an avid hunter and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and four- wheeler. A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the Randolph Funeral Home from 12:00P-2:00P, the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Elkins.
