Janie Louise Arnold, 75, a resident of Montrose, and more recently, Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center, passed from this life in the early morning hours of Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center in Elkins. Janie’s request for cremation will be honored. The family suggests to make memorial contributions in Janie’s memory to your local church.
