William “Bill” Monroe Hill, 79, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Wednesday evening, May 21, 2014 at the Hospice Regional Inpatient Center in Elkins. Bill was born Wednesday, May 23, 1934 in Rodney, Ohio, a son of the late John Frank Hill and Helen Moore Hill. Bill’s request for cremation will be honored.
