Joanne Cherl Paugh, 53, a resident of Beverly and for the past five months, Holbrook on the Hill, passed from this life Thursday evening, April 3, 2014 at Holbrook on the Hill in Buckhannon. Joanne’s request for cremation will be honored and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
