Woodrow “Dump” Valentine, Jr., 76, a resident of Elkins passed from this life Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at Elkins Rehabilitation and Care center surrounded by family members and his ERCC family. He was born Wednesday, May 4, 1938, in Elkins a son of the late Woodrow Valentine Sr. and Mary Virginia Weese Valentine. A very special thank you to the “Bobsey Twins” and the entire staff and nurses at ERCC. Also a big thank you to nurse Tracey and Debbie at Davis Medical Center. Dump will be greatly missed. He loved life and women. At Dumps request, cremation will be honored.
