Marie Antoinette Middleton, 70, had been a resident of Allentown, PA and more recently Elkins, passed from this life Monday, September 29, 2014 at Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center in Elkins. Marie was born Tuesday, April 11, 1944 in North Carolina, a daughter of the late James Middleton and Lena Middleton. Left to cherish Marie’s memory is one daughter, Lisa Rene Middleton of NJ, three grandchildren, Kevin, James and Kelicia Paynter, two great grandchildren, Liaha and Alivia Paynter, three brothers, JB Middleton of WA, Avon Middleton of PA and Steve Middleton of Martinsburg and one sister, Patricia Middleton of FL. Marie was a Jehovah’s Witness by faith. Marie was a beautiful, loving, vibrant woman that spent her life loving unconditionally and taking care of anyone that crossed her path and needed help. She never met a stranger and had friends everywhere she went. Marie had a soul of gold and the touch of an angel. She always made you feel welcome. If she liked you, you knew it and if she did not like you knew that as well. Always told you how she felt in her own special way! She will be greatly by those she loved, cherished and had been touched by her beautiful soul. Marie’s request for cremation was honored.
