GRETA JANE HARRIS MILLER, age 94 years, a resident of Parsons, WV departed this life Thursday morning, January 27, 2011 at the Valentines Personal Care Home in Elkins, WV.
She was born Monday, July 10, 1916 at Glady, WV a daughter of the late Raphael S. Harris and Lena Bowers Harris. On January 2, 1958 at Oakland, MD she was married to Franklin Miller who preceded her in death February 13, 2008. Surviving are one daughter, Nancy J. Booth, Elkins; one granddaughter, Marsha L. Wagner; two great granddaughters Victoria and Elizabeth and one sister, Alice Antolini, Elkins.
Preceding her in death are five brothers, Ralph Howard; James J.; Jack; Fielding and Robert Harris and three sisters, Geneva Triplett, Mabel Payne and Jeanette Beck
She attended the schools of Glady, and was a homemaker.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons from 5 to 7 PM, Saturday. Final Rites will be conducted at the funeral home parlor, Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 1:30 PM. The Rev. Dr. Peter A. Vial will officiate and interment will follow at the Parsons City Cemetery at Parsons, WV.
