Richard William Comegys, age 64, of Buckhannon, WV, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at his home. He was born September 27, 1948 in Baltimore, MD a son of Evelyn L. Morris Comegys of Baltimore and the late George G. Comegys. He is survived by two brothers, his twin John “Jack” Comegys and wife Dianna of Ocean City, MD and George G. Comegys, Jr. and wife Beverly of Baltimore; one sister, Joyce C. Mezick and husband Burton of Hampstead, MD; also several nieces and nephews. Richard was the owner and operator of the Donut Shop in Buckhannon. Friends will be received at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home in Buckhannon Friday, March 15, 2013 from 6-9 PM and on Sunday March 17, 2013 from 6-8 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home in Baltimore. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Monday at the Connelly Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Oak Lawn Cemetery in Baltimore. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
