Kaitlyn Jane Hamilton, age 17, of Tallmansville, WV, died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born March 25, 1996 in Elkins, WV, a daughter of Cindy Beckner Hamilton of Tallmansville, WV and the late Donald Hamilton, Jr. In addition to her mother, she is survived by step father, Brian Barlow of Tallmansville; one son, Brody Hamilton; one brother, Donald Hamilton, III of Tallmansville; maternal grandfather, Marlin Beckner of Buckhannon; paternal grandparents, Don and Brenda Hamilton of Ellamore, WV and several aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a maternal grandmother, Margaret Beckner and boyfriend, Dalton Shane Tenney. Friends will be received Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 5-7 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held 7 PM Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
