Barbara J. Tice, age 78 years, a resident of Beverly, passed away Thursday December 6, 2012. She was born June 11, 1934 at Elizabeth,WV the daughter of the late Earl C. and Martha Ann Haught Caltrider. She was formerly married to the late Paul Frederick “Fred” Tice, Sr. She is survived by her children Denzil R. Tice of Harpers Ferry, WV, Jennifer Lynn Tice Dumbolten, D. O. of Payson, AZ , Alexandra “Sandy” Tice of Elkins, Phillip D. Tice of Elkins, David A. Tice and wife Janet of Beverly and Paul Frederick Tice III of Boynton Beach, FL. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Also preceding her in death was one son, Paul F. “Freddy” Tice, Jr. and three brothers, Denzil, Virgil and Charles Caltrider and three sisters, Letha Lemley LaLone, Lila Petersen and Ruth Gilbert. Barbara retired from the WV Department of Highways where she worked as a clerk and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elkins. Friends may call from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM Sunday, December 9, 2012 at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dr. Marvin L. Parli and Rev. Tiffany Elliott officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain State Memorial Gardens at Gilman. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care Corporation, P. O.
