Kenneth Leaseburge, age 86, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, April 16, 2012 at his home. He was born April 23, 1925 in Copen, WV, a son of the late Emory L. and Pearl Winona McNemar Leaseburge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Gerald Leaseburge and one sister, Ruth Casto. He is survived by three brothers, Edson Leaseburge and wife Shirley of FL, James D. Leaseburge and wife Judith of Buckhannon and and Emory J. Leaseburge and wife Elaine of Lewisburg, WV; three sisters, Delores Henline of Buckhannon, Jean L. Jackson of French Creek, WV and Mary Duncan of Portland, OR and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Leaseburge was a casket maker for R & B Casket and served in the US Navy during WW II and the Korean War. Friends will be received Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 1-2 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Joseph M. Shreve officiating. Burial will follow in the Buckhannon Veterans Cemetery in Buckhannon. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
