Michael McCann, age 78, of Adrian, WV died Monday, November 19, 2012 at Elkins Regional Convelsant Center in Elkins, WV. He was born July 23, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY, a son of the late Christopher G. and Katherine Condry McCann. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Christopher McCann, Jr. He is survived by two granddaughters, Samantha Meeks of Philippi, WV and Ashley Gould of Adrian; one grandson, Benjamin Meeks and wife Rebecca of Panther Fork, WV and friend, Susan Meeks of Adrian. Mr. McCann served in the US Navy during the Korea Conflict. He was a member of the DAV Chapter # 36 and worked in the Auto Industry as a Parts Clerk. At the request of Mr. McCann he will be cremated and there will be no services. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
