Elizabeth Mae Haden Howell 1933-2015 Obituary
Elizabeth Mae Haden Howell, 82, a resident of Mill Creek, passed from this life Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the Hospice Inpatient Unit in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
Elizabeth was born Wednesday, June 21, 1933 in Hadensville, VA, a daughter of the late William Hugh Haden and Retha Light Haden.
Left to cherish her memory are seven children, Nancy McCauley of Huttonsville, Theresa Tilley and husband, Michael of Mooresville, NC, Mary Howell of Sherrills Ford, Linda Norris and husband, Wesley of Mooresville, NC, Paul Howell and wife, Kim of Elkins, Robert Howell of Mill Creek and Richard Howell and wife, Inez of Elkins, one sister, Dorothy of Indiana, two brothers, Marvin Haden of Beverly and Raymond Meadows of Mill Creek, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth attended the schools of Randolph County and was a homemaker.
She enjoyed her flowers, canning, and was an excellent cook. Her children and grandchildren were the loves of her life.
A visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home Monday from 5P-7P.
A funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 11:00A.
Pastor Frank Stanley will officiate and interment will follow in Brick Church Cemetery in Huttonsville.
