Charles Edward “Bud” Price, 78, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Thursday, December 24, 2015 at home surrounded by family.Bud enjoyed talking on his CB radio and his handle was “Cheyenne”.Bud donated his body to the WVU School of Medicine.
