Anna L. Orndorff, 79, of Green Bank, died Saturday, June 8, 2002, at Wyngate Assisted Living Facility, Barboursville.
She was a life-long resident of Green Bank. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sisters.
Given to us by God on Sept. 6, 1922, at Boyer, a daughter of the late Charlie and Sadie Wilfong Myers of Boyer.
Surviving are four daughters, Shirley Phillips of Gassaway, Carol Ergenbright of Tallahassee, Fla., Rosella Wooddell of Huntington, and Ramona Arnold of Sarasota, Fla.; one brother, Robert Myers of White Hall, Md.; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of devoted friends.
Friends may call today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Arbovale United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the church with the Rev. David Rittenhouse and the Rev. Scott Ingleton officiating. Interment will follow in Arbovale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy may be made to the Arbovale United Methodist Church. Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale is in charge of the arrangements.
