Audrey Osburn, age 93, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon. She was born August 25, 1919 in Adolph, WV, a daughter of the late J. Orva and Bessie Clara Shiflett Tenney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orbed Osburn and two sisters, Marjorie Smith and Agnes Tippens. She is survived by a niece, Susan Smith of Ellenwood, GA and a friend, Verna Mae Pratt of Buckhannon. Mrs. Osburn was the owner of Osburn Store in Ellamore, WV many years ago. Friends will be received at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home Sunday, September 2, 2012 from 1-2 PM the funeral hour. Burial will follow in the Mt. Union Church Cemetery in Tallmansville, WV. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
