Augustine Haymond 1913-2002 Obituary
Augustine Haymond, 88, of Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2002, in the nursing home.
Mrs. Haymond was born July 3, 1913, in Adrian, a daughter of the late Lee and Carrie See Booth.
She married Summers Haymond, who preceded her in death in 1955.
Surviving are several cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Wilbur R. “Penrod” Booth; and a half sister, Birtie Skidmore.
Mrs. Haymond was a homemaker. She was a member of Buckhannon VFW Post 3663 Ladies Auxiliary and a member of Ellamore Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
Funeral Arrangements: Friends will be received at Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home today from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Thursday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Poling officiating. Interment will follow in Sand Run Baptist Church Cemetery.
