Belvie May Louk 1936-2010 Obituary
Ms. Belvie May Louk age 73 years a resident of Deland, FL formerly a resident of Wymer, Randolph County WV departed this life Wednesday January 20, 2010 at the Kindred Hospital Green Cove Springs, FL where she had been in declining health for the past three months from injuries sustained from a car accident.
She was born August 13, 1936 at Wymer, WV a daughter of the late Jesse Thurman and Mary Elizabeth (Wymer) Louk.
Ms. Louk is survived by one son Paul Allan Houchin of Daytona Beach, Florida, one granddaughter Jennifer Houchin, one sister Lucille Harper of Buckhannon and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers Emory, Grover, and Claude Louk and former husband Clearance Houchin.
Ms. Louk attended the schools of Randolph County, and in her previous years she was a hotel maid and was a homemaker for the past 25 years. Belvie was a protestant by faith.
Graveside services will be conducted from the Maplewood Cemetery, Elkins, WV on Monday January 25th, 2010 at 1:00 pm with the Pastor Mona Jackson officiating.
Interment will then follow.
