This is a great design for a neckerchief slide
Very easily made, can include leather craft if you use rawhide or thin leather, a chamois cloth is given as an alternative, basically and material that can be stretched across the rign
Includes a built in space for the neckerchief to slide thru, although care must be taken to orient the artwork to be up when the slide is in use
Lots of variation for the art work, you could make a series of these, one for each of the american tribe that you can find an example of their tom-toms or any artwork from the tribe that would fit on the tom-toms
A light colored leather would work best for this, but if vivid colars were used, a darker leather could be used
