Cathryn Franz 1956-2003 Obituary
Cathryn Lackey Sayers Franz, 47, of 129 Camden Ave., Buckhannon, where she made her home with her sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Chester Chewning, passed away Sunday morning, Oct. 26, 2003, at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Born Jan. 23, 1956, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary W. Alden Lackey.
Surviving are two daughters, Vivian Holt of Springborn, Ohio, and Alicia Sayers of College Corners, Ind.; five sons, Scott Lackey of Somerville, Benjamin Holt of Bowling Green, Ohio, James Holt of Morehead, Ky., Matthew Sayers of College Corners, Ind., and Nathan Sayers; two sisters, Laura Chewning of Buckhannon and Nancy Ohlson of Ontario, Calif.; and one brother, William Lackey of Dayton, Ohio.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was a manager for Burger King.
At the request of the deceased, the remains were cremated. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
The F.E. Runner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Cathryn Lackey Sayers Franz.
