Charles “John” McNemar, age 68 years, a resident of Elkins, WV departed this life Monday morning, September 9, 2013 at his home in Elkins, WV surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth McNemar, two sons, Jonathan; and Bryan McNemar; one daughter Amanda McNemar, all of Elkins; three brothers, Ralph; George; and Harold McNemar; and two sisters, Charlotte Moore; and Jean Waybright, all of Parkersburg.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Ralph and Roberta Cowen McNemar and one brother, Mike McNemar.
