Cindy Louise Wellman 1970-2022 Obituary
Cindy Louise Wellman, 51, of Dryfork, West Virginia, passed away on Feb. 24, 2022, surrounded by her family at Davis Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 16, 1970, in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Charles Ray Wellman and surviving Kathy (Arbogast) Hedrick.
A graduate of Harman High School class of 1989. The simple things in life brought Cindy so much joy like going on rides with Dave in the Role Back Tow Truck, listening to music and watching the cows raise their calves on the farm. She was the photographer of the family, always capturing life’s most precious memories. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially the children of the family whom she thought of as her own.
She is survived by her mother, Kathy Hedrick and “Pop’s” Jr. Hedrick; fiance, David Ketterman; a brother, Christopher Wellman and wife, Susana; two sisters, Glenda Kohlieber and husband, Troy, and Julieanne Ketterman and husband, Phillip; a nephew, Jase Ketterman; and two nieces, Haylee Ketterman and Sophia Corona-Wellman;
Although she had no children, she loved and cared for Kole and Kylie Teter, Gabe and Brigette Ketterman and Alex and Elaina Petty. She was loved by all who knew her, including David and Sabrina Ketterman, Kristy Teter, Austin and Kayla Ketterman; a special cousin, Tina “Teenz” Cooper; her four-legged fur baby, Elvis; and many extended family and friends.
Friends will be received Wednesday, March 2, 2022, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 3, 2022, from the funeral home with Pastor Todd Rhodes officiating.
Interment will follow in the Roy Cemetery.
