Craig Anthony Helmick 1976-2021 Obituary
Craig Anthony Helmick, age 44, of Buckhannon, died on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at the Clarksburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on December 28, 1976, in Buckhannon a son of the late John Carl Helmick and Gloria Page Helmick who survives in Buckhannon. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Carl and Regina Helmick, his maternal grandparents Cecil and Opal Page, and several aunts and uncles.
In addition to his mother, he is also survived by two brothers: his twin brother Scott A. Helmick of Buckhannon and Roger L. Tenney of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special college friends: Kristian Yeager, John Blum, and Jeremy Davis.
Craig was a West Virginia Wesleyan College graduate where he was a member of the Theta Xi Fraternity. He was a former employee of the Weston Wal-mart and was an avid sports fan, always cheering on the WVU Mountaineers and the New York Giants.
The family has honored his wishes for cremation and a private family service will be held at a later date.
