Daisy Cunningham 1938-2003 Obituary
Daisy Ellen Dodrill Cunningham, 64, of 12 Carol St., Buckhannon, died at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2003, at her home.
She was born Oct. 9, 1938, in Birch River, the daughter of the late Emmitt Robert Dodrill and Grace Virginia George Dodrill Hamrick.
On March 10, 1956, she married Robert O. Cunningham, who survives in Buckhannon.
Surviving are one son, Bobby Cunningham of Front Royal, Va.; four brothers, Jessie Dodrill and wife, Ann, of Bath, Pa., Ralph Hamrick and wife, Nancy, of Buckhannon, Richard Hamrick of Buckhannon, and Ben Hamrick and wife, Tawana, of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Sondra Cunningham, Strasburg, Va.; five grandsons, Bobby Cunningham Jr. of Strasburg, Va., Jesse Cunningham of Lakeland, Fla., David Cunningham of Lakeland, Fla., Gregory Cunningham of Germany and James Cunningham of Glenville; one great-granddaughter, Savanna Cunningham of Strasburg, Va.; and a loving aunt, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by one son, Michael Ray Cunningham.
She was a housewife and a Baptist by faith.
