OBITUARY: DANIEL SCOTT RECTOR Daniel Scott Rector, 18, of Galloway, died Saturday morning, November 26, at his home. His death was unexpected. He was born May 13, 1993, at Clarksburg, the son of Daniel James Rector who survives at Philippi and Tanya Kay (McCord) Rector, who survives at Galloway. Also surviving are one sister, Tiffany Lynn Rector, at home; his step-mother, Sarah Rector, Philippi; a step-brother, Johnathan Bennett and two step-sisters, Shelby Bennett and Allison Bennett, all of Philippi. Mr. Rector had been self employed as a handyman. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed riding 4-wheelers. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 3, from the Stemple & Forman Funeral Home, 385 So. Main Street, Philippi. Pastor Jim Davis will officiate and interment will follow in the Flemington I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Friday and from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M., the funeral hour, on Saturday.
