David R. Forinash 1948-2003 Obituary
David Ralph Forinash, 55, a resident of Valrico, Fla., died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003, in Brandon, Fla.
He was born June 24, 1948, in Washington, D.C., the son of Avis Butterfield Forinash of Huttonsville and the late Ralph Francis Forinash.
On Dec. 26, 1970, in Red Bank, N.J., he was married to Diane Leeper Forinash, who survives.
Surviving are two sons, J.D. Forinash of Roswell, Ga., and Stephen Forinash of Cumming, Ga.; and two sisters, Donna Somers of McKinney, Texas, and Doris Wiseman of West Union.
A 1966 graduate of Tygarts Valley High School, he graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., in 1970. He retired as a major from the U.S. Army.
A resident of the Valrico area since 1985, he was employed as a computer scientist.
Mr. Forinash was a Presbyterian by faith.
Memorial services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919, Providence Road, Riverview, Fla. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or charity of choice.
