Delores Alberta Kermite Corrick 1933-2021 Obituary
Delores Alberta Kemrite Corrick, age 88 years, a resident of Elkins, WV departed this life Tuesday morning, November 16, 2021 at the Davis Medical Center at Elkins, WV.
She was born Sunday, April 2, 1933 at Nanticoke, PA a daughter of the late Fred E. and Victoria T. Samborski Kemrite. On April 5, 1953 at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at Elkins, WV she was married to Robert Lee “Dink” Corrick, who preceded her in death on October 21, 2019. Surviving are one son, Robert Lee “Bobby” Corrick, Jr. and wife Kelly of Elkins; one brother, Ronald F. Kemrite and wife Connie of Elkins, one sister, Beverly J. Kessler and husband Carl of Troutville, VA; three grandchildren, Nick and fiancé Morgan, Ryan, and Jessica; and four great grandchildren, Gage, Kinley, Marli, and Maverick.
Preceding her in death are one sister, Jean A. Adamson.
She was a graduate of Elkins High School and was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren tremendously. She enjoyed WVU Football and Basketball, and Elkins Tiger Football as well as the game show network.
A Private Graveside Service will be conducted at the Mountain State Memorial Gardens at Gilman, WV. Pastor Bryan Headley will officiate and interment will follow.
