Dennis Ray Law, 51, a resident of Dailey, passed away Sunday evening, May 20, 2002.
He was born Sept. 19, 1950, at Petersburg, a son of Nellie Catherine Bland Law, who survives and the late Byrl Lyndon Law.
On Dec. 24, 1973, at Glenville, he married the former Debra Gwinn Legg, who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Zachary Ian Law of Morgantown; one daughter, Jordan Marissa Jory Law of Pittsburgh, Pa.; one brother, Danny Byrl Law of Grantsville; and one sister, Jeanne Law Halkowitch of Williamsburg, Va.
He was a graduate of Glenville State College with a bachelor of science degree in business administration and was self- employed in the timber business. He was a member of Tygart Valley Lions Club and the First United Methodist Church of Elkins.
At the request of the deceased, his remains will be cremated. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Elkins with the Rev. Dr. Basil A. Hensley officiating. At the request of the family, flowers are to be omitted. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith In Action Visionary Fund, in care of First United Methodist Church, 315 Kerens Ave., Elkins, W.Va. 26241.
