Donald Ray Kelley, age 49, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon. He was born December 16, 1962 in Upshur County, a son of the late Jesse and Dorothy Smith Kelley. He is survived by two sisters, Brenda Louk and Debra Smith both of Buckhannon. Friends will be received Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 10-11 AM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Roy Wiant officiating.
