Donald Ray Sines, 59, of Buckhannon, died Wednesday, April 10, 2002, in H.J. Hines Center, VA Hospital in Aspinwall, Pa.
Mr. Sines was born Oct. 3, 1942, in Goshen, a son of Edrie C. Byrd Sines of Buckhannon, and the late Sherman A. Sines.
Also surviving are one daughter, Kimberly Sines, Rome, Ohio; one son, Jeread Sines and Annette of Seattle, Wash.; one sister, Shirley Jefferson, Florida; and four brothers, Hetzel Sines, Ohio, Nathan Sines, Rock Cave, Archie Sines, Florida, and Perry Sines, Gaines.
Mr. Sines was a truck driver and served in the U.S. Army.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Goshen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or to a local VA Hospital. Tomblyn-whitescarver Funeral Chapel of Buckhannon is in charge of the arrangements. .
