INFANT ELI MICHAEL PHILLIPS, 2 month old son of Emily Nicole Jones Phillips, of Beverly, WV departed this life Thursday afternoon, December 8, 2011 at the Davis Memorial Hospital.
He was born Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Beverly, WV a son of the late Michael Scott Phillips and Emily Nicole Jones Phillips who survives at Beverly. Also surviving are two brothers, Isaac Michael; and Tyler Michael Phillips; two sisters, Carleigh Brooke; and Brynna Rae Phillips; his paternal grandmother, Arlene F. Walters Williams, Johnstown, PA; maternal grandparents, Deborah and Brad Phillips; Elkins; paternal great grandmother, Elizabeth Walters, Johnstown, PA; and maternal great grandparents, Benjamin “Benny” and Jean Howell Jones, Elkins; Minnie Louise Poling Albright, Elkins and aunt and uncles, Angela Dawn and Jonathan Kyle, Huttonsville; and Beverly and Paul Leighton, Clive, IA.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Roger Ray Jones and his paternal grandfather, Ora Dell “Junebug” Phillips, Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 6 PM, at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins with the Rev. Dr. Basil A. Hensley officiating.
