Elnora Marie Davis, age 68, of Ellamore, WV died Friday, October 22, 2010 at Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins, WV. She was born October 5, 1942 in Randolph County, WV, a daughter of the late Ralph and Ida Maple McCauley Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Davis and one sister, Angalion Davis. She is survived by one brother, Ralph J. Davis and wife Lucy of French Creek, WV; one sister, Linda Carpenter and husband Lonzo of Belington, WV and several nieces and nephews. Elnora was a seamstress for Reidbord Brothers and a member of the Gertrude Chapel United Methodist Church. Friends will be received Monday, October 25, 2010 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home. She will Lie in State from 10-11 AM the funeral hour on Tuesday at Gertrude Chapel with the Rev. Harold Langevin and the Rev. Jim Arbogast officiating. Burial will follow in the Trinity Cemetery at Talbott, WV. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
