Essie Moats Williams Lisko of Irvington, Kentucky, passed away, Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020, at the age of 89.
She was born in Mill Creek to the late Maxwell M. and Bessie Collins Moats.
She is preceded in death by her husband Walter Lisko, daughter Karen Hatfield, great-grandson Brandon Williams, four sisters and two brothers.
Essie is survived by her son Danny (Alma) Williams, daughter Brenda (Dennis) Strohmeyer, son-in-law Chuck Hatfield, eight grandkids, 30 great-grandkids, two great-great-grandkids, three sisters; Edna Shuttleworth of Morgantown, Frances Moore of Elkins and Ralfetta Cordes of Ft. Meyers Florida, many nieces and nephews, and her faithful companion dog, Katie.
The family would like to extend special thanks to her friends and caregivers Rose and Melvin Day.
Private services will be held at a later date.
