Grace N. Roth 1909-2001 Obituary
Grace Nelvina Roth, 91., of Horse Shoe Run, died July 26, at Garrett County Memorial County Hospital, Oakland.
She was born Oct. 21, 1909 at Horse Shoe Run, a daughter of the late Charles Arthur and Bertha Ann Calcamp Rembold. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wesley roth, Dec. 21, 1985.
She is survived bya son Chester Allen Roth of Horse Shoe Run and a daughter, Mrs. Eugene (Bernadine) Bachtel of Eglon; 11 grandchidlren, 16 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son Charles Edward Roth and a sister, Nellie Mae Evans.
She was a lifelong member of the Bethel United Methodist Church, a member of the Farm Womens Circle and the Saturday Night Pickers.
Friends were received at the Hinkle Funeral Home, Davis. Funeral services were held July 30, at Bethel United Methodist Church in Eglon, with the Reverend Mary Conley and Joe Robinette, officiating. Interment followed in the Texas Cemetery.
