Harold A. Roby 1926-2002 Obituary
Harold A. Roby, 76, of Route 1, French Creek, Frenchton Road, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He was born April 12, 1926, at French Creek, the son of the late John N. and Minnie Jeffries Roby.
He is survived by seven nephews, six nieces and several great-nephews and great-nieces; one sister-in-law, Freta Roby; and one brother-in-law, Eugene Cutlip.
He was preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers.
Mr. Roby was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II.
Friends will be received at the Heavner and Cutright Funeral Chapel today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Robert Heavner officiating. Interment will follow in the Waterloo Cemetery. The Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
