Hollin Hedrick, 61, of Whitmer, died at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2002, in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, following a one month illness.
Mr. Hedrick was born Jan. 7, 1941, in Whitmer, a son of the late Isom and Virgie Marie Hedrick.
Surviving are two sons, Leroy Bennett, Lewes, Del., and Brian Hedrick, Beckley; three brothers, Ronald and Blake Hedrick, both of Whitmer, and James Hedrick, Elkins; and a granddaughter, Sarah Bennett.
He was preceded in death by six brothers, a sister and two grandsons, Kyle and Seth Bennett.
Mr. Hedrick attended the schools of Randolph County and was disabled.
Funeral Arrangements: Friends may call at Whitmer United Methodist Church Friday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., the funeral hour, with the Rev. Earl Bible officiating. Interment will follow in Armentrout Cemetery near Whitmer. Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements.
