JANET SUE TAYLOR ISNER, age 68 years, a resident of Elkins, WV departed this life Monday, July 4, 2011 at the Davis Memorial Hospital at Elkins, WV.
She was born Thursday, September 3, 1942 at Elkins, WV a daughter of the late Nelson W. Taylor and Lula Grace Fisher Taylor. On August 2, 1972, she was married to Burley Isner, who preceded her in death November 6, 1976. Surviving is her friend, Alice Cornell, Boca Raton, FL.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband are one aunt, Mary Louise Quick.
She attended the schools of Elkins and had worked at the Davis Memorial Hospital as a nurse’s aid. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins on Friday, July 8, 2011 from 1 to 2 PM, the funeral hour. The Rev. Dr. Basil A. Hensley will officiate and interment will follow at the Mountain State Memorial Gardens at Gilman, WV.
