John Arthur “Johnnie” Lowe 1944-2021 Obituary
John “Johnnie” Arthur Lowe, age 77, of Buckhannon, WV, died Sunday, September 19, 2021, at the Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center in Elkins, WV. He was born August 10, 1944, in Buckhannon, a son of the late Edgar Benson and Ella Jane Guthrie Lowe. He is survived by one sister, Linda Ogden and husband Howard of Buckhannon; one nephew, Dean Ogden of Prestonsburg, KY; one niece, Heather A. Ogden of Hinkleville, WV and one great niece, Shelby Ogden of Winchester, KY. Johnnie loved to color and listen to music. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center for their loving care and kindness to Johnnie. Friends will be received Thursday, September 23, 2021, from 11 AM until 12 Noon at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 12 Noon Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Ralph Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Union Church Cemetery in Buckhannon. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
