Juanita M. Hand 1943-2001 Obituary
Juanita M. Hand, 58, of Fredericksburg, VA, died Dec. 15 in Mary Washington Hospital.
he was born July 6, 1943 in Davis. Her husband, Charles G. Hand, survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Rhonda R. Cox of Leesburg, VA and Terri L. Owens of Lovettsville, VA; two sisters Ina Jennings of Davis and Ruth Day of Baltimore; a brother-in-law, John Vengen of Newark DE; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hand was a realtor for Long & Foster Realty, an active member and former president of the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary, and a member of the Fredericksburg Realtors Association.
Services will be held today, Wednesday, Dec, 19 at 1 pm at Covenant Funeral Service Chapel with Major Edward Pierce officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests gifts to the Salvation Army, 821 Lafayette Blvd., Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
