Judy Isabelle Taylor 1953-2012 Obituary
Judy Isabelle Taylor, 58, a resident of Mill Creek, passed from this life Friday, May 18, 2012 at her home.
Judy was born Wednesday, November 4, 1953 at Mill Creek, a daughter of the late Plummer and Myrtle Cogar Taylor.
Left to cherish Judy’s memory are two brothers, Don and companion, Mary Posey, of Mill Creek, and Denny Taylor and wife, Nancy, of Huttonsville; one sister, Loretta Taylor Ford and husband, Charles, of Mill Creek; three sisters-in-law, Dixie Taylor, Marian Taylor, and Christine Taylor; her caregivers, Crystal Overbaugh and April Dilley; and many nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by three brothers, Victor, Larry, and Rodney Taylor, and four infant sisters, Shelia, Sherry, Terry, and Delphia Taylor.
Judy was disabled all of her life, but she was well taken care of by her family and caregivers. She enjoyed books, watching television, and listening to music on the radio. Two of her favorite songs were Sugar, Sugar by the Archies and Lollipop by the Chordettes. Judy had an ornery streak and wanted things her way. If she didn’t get her way, her brothers Larry and Rodney would pink slip you quickly. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held at the Memorial Mission Church at Mill Creek on Monday after 6PM. Funeral Services will be held from the church on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 11AM. The Reverend Tristan Tenney will officiate and interment will follow at the Brick Church Cemetery at Huttonsville.
