Julia Ann Turner Plaugher Obituary 1962-2013
Julia Ann Turner Plaugher, 50, of Durbin, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013, in Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins.
Born Sept. 28, 1962, at Elkins, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Evelyn R. Hise Turner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Larry, Sterl, Mike and Herb Turner.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Wayne Plaugher; three daughters, Mary Ann (Kevin) White of Durbin, Manda June (Jason) Brickles of Kerens and Molly Jo Plaugher and fiance, Kenneth White of Durbin; a son, James D. (Kelly) Plaugher of Cass; sisters, Martha M. (Ronald) Plaugher and Helen M. (Roger) White, both of Durbin; one brother, Herald (Angela) Turner of Marlinton; and six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at Durbin United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Julian Rittenhouse and the Rev. Gary Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends and family from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at the church.
