KAREN SUE MILLER Karen Sue Miller, 67, of Moatsville, died Wednesday morning, June 20, 2012, at her home, following a six week illness. She was born August 3, 1944, at Moatsville, a daughter of the late John Milton Reed and the late Mildred Leona (Freeman) Reed. On March 2, 1963, she was married to Larry Duane Miller, who survives at their Moatsville home. Also surviving are three sons, Cris Allen Miller, Buckhannon, Chadley Duane Miller and wife, Kelli, Philippi, Craig Evan Miller and wife, Heather, Moatsville; three granddaughters, Tamiya Cheyanne Miller, Moatsville, Mauren Elizabeth Miller and Alexandra Nicole Miller, both of Philippi; three brothers, Earl E. Reed, Moatsville, Lloyd L. Reed, Lambertville, N.J., Marshall L. Reed, Belington. She was also preceded in death by a brother, John Milton Reed Jr. Mrs. Miller was a homemaker and farm wife and was active in the Barbour County Farm Bureau. She enjoyed farming, gardening and bird watching and she attended the Mt. Morris United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 22, 2012, from the Stemple & Forman Funeral Home, 385 South Main Street, Philippi. The Rev. Carroll McCauley will officiate and interment will follow in the Mt. Morris Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday and from 9:00 until 11:00 A.M. on Friday. Stemple & Forman Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
