Linda Lou Arbogast 1948-2021 Obituary
Mrs. Linda L. Arbogast, originally from Reisterstown, MD; but lifelong resident of Valley Bend, WV, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021, in the Davis Medical Center, Elkins, WV.
She was born March 11, 1948, a daughter of Carl Randolph and Frances Deloris Townsend Rexrode Sr.
She was married to Herbert Dale Arbogast who preceded her. S
he is survived by two sons, Karl Herbert Arbogast of Palmyra, TN, and John Kramer Arbogast and wife Dunia of Orlando, FL: one daughter, Karen Ellen Shrader and husband Kevin of Valley Bend, WV; one brother Terry Rexrode of Ocean City, MD and two sisters, Nancy Rexrode of Maryland, and Chris Martin of Arizona. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Derek, Gaven, Kaitlin, Jacob, and Jocelyn as well as one great grandson, Kason.
Also preceding her in addition to her parents and husband was one brother, Butch Rexrode, and her twin sister, Brenda.
Linda was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker, who loved cooking, caring for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild.
She was a mother figure to many, an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry, on, as well as a rock to lean on when times were difficult for all.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Elkins. Linda’s request for cremation will be honored.
The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Linda L. Arbogast.
