Linda Lou Young 1948-2021 Obituary
Linda Lou Young, age 73 years, a resident of Elkins, WV departed this life Monday, November 15, 2021 at the Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center at Elkins, WV under the care of Mountain Hospice.
She was born Wednesday, June 9, 1948 a daughter of the late Hayward Joseph and Pauline Martha Nay Young.
Surviving are one sister, Loretta Sirback of OH.
Preceding her in death are two brothers, Edward J. Young, and Charles E. Young; and three sisters, Lanette Arbogast, Patsy Young, and Patty Ann Young.
She attended the schools of Randolph County and enjoyed gardening, flowers, and feeding wildlife.
Her favorite to feed were humming birds. She also enjoyed NASCAR Racing, WVU Football and working puzzles of all kinds.
She had worked at Lynn’s Self Serve for several years. She was a Methodist by faith.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 AM, Friday, November 26, 2021 at the Maplewood Cemetery at Elkins, WV.
The Rev. Terry Cannon will officiate and interment will follow.
