Louise G. Daugherty, age 100, of Buckhannon, WV died Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Holbrook’s Nursing Home. She was born July 1, 1910 in Yancyville, NC a daughter of the late John Nelson and Haddie Burgon Daugherty. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Tom and Ken Daugherty and six sisters, Hazel Weatherford, Mary McClindon, Marie Wallace, Annie Daugherty, Daisy Daugherty and Martha McCurdy. Surviving is a nephew, Eugene Weatherford of Washington, DC. Louise was a Christian by faith. Graveside services will be held 10 AM Monday, September 13, 2010 at the Heavner Cemetery with the Rev.
