Michael Gaither 1979-2001 Obituary
Michael Lee Gaither, 22, of St. George died Nov. 6, at Conemaugh Hospital, Johnstown, PA.
He was born May 26, 1979 in Oakland, a son of Elmer G. Gaither, Jr., and Wanda J. Ross Gaither who survive.
Also surviving are his grandmothers, Mabel Gaither of Thomas and Linda Ross of FL; two brothers, Jason Gaither of Fairmont, Jonathan Gaither of St. George; one sister, Katie Gaither of St. George.
Mr. Gaither was employed as a laborer for Northeast Tree Service of Johnstown. He was a 1997 graduate of Tucker county High School where he played football, basketball and ran track and made state level competition in all three sports. He attended Garrett county Community College for one year and Fairmont State College for one year.
